Warranty Information

CPS follows all warranty policies and directives of the factory lines that we carry. One of the main requirments of all of the Manufactures lines that we carry is Proof of Purchase is required. This required information can make the difference in how your claim is handled and how expediantly you can expect to get your merchandise back. Some manufacturers require warranty to be handled through them, Sony and MTX are the primary ones.

Warranty Turn Around

Every effort is made to ensure a timely turn around on warranty product. Your Defective merchandise is checked into our facility and sent through a testing process. You can speed up this process by clearly identifying what is wrong with the items that you are returning on the proof of purchase that you returned with the unit, when this information is not supplied days are wasted in trying to contact you to try and retrieve the required information. Once the defect has been verified or identified the manufacturers policies are followed for the disposition of the warranty. If the manufacturer requires CPS to return your product to the factory for warranty service we will return your products to you as soon as they are returned to us. On items that we are authorized to exchange for the manufacturer the item is exchanged and returned to you.
